Product Information
The MG amount refers to the total mass of the lyophilized compound contained in the vial prior to reconstitution. This reflects the quantity of material provided for research purposes.
Peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form to help maintain structural stability and preserve integrity prior to reconstitution. This format supports extended storage under proper conditions.
Unreconstituted vials should be stored refrigerated between 2–8°C. For longer-term storage, freezing may be appropriate. Products should be protected from heat, moisture, and direct light exposure.

Yes. All orders are packaged securely and shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to ensure privacy.

Yes. We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses where supported by the selected carrier. Please ensure your mailing details are entered accurately at checkout to avoid delays.

Omnix cannot assume responsibility for delivery issues resulting from customer-entered address errors. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information, reshipment may require additional fees.

We offer flat-rate Xpress Post shipping across Canada. Orders over $350 qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. OMNIX is not responsible for delays, loss, or return-to-sender shipments resulting from incorrect address details. Once tracking confirms “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
Xpress Post – Signature Required
For added security, you may select Signature Required at checkout.
A signature and valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon delivery or pickup. This option is recommended for higher-value or temperature-sensitive orders.
WINTER ADVISORY
During colder months, Signature Required is strongly recommended to help prevent temperature-sensitive products from being left outdoors. OMNIX is not responsible for packages exposed to freezing conditions after delivery.
Once tracking confirms “Delivered” or “Available for Pickup,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been processed or shipped. This policy helps ensure product integrity, safety, and quality standards.
