Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of omnixbioscience.com and every purchase from Omnix Bioscience ("Omnix", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them: some of them, in particular sections 1 and 2, are conditions of sale rather than small print.

1. Research use only

Every product we sell is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not for human or veterinary consumption, not for use in or on the body in any way, and not for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.

Our products are sold as research chemicals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements or medical devices, and they have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, quality or effectiveness, or for any use in humans or animals. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.

Product descriptions summarize the published research literature for the benefit of researchers. They are not claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition, and they are not medical advice.

2. Who may buy

To purchase from Omnix you must be:

• at least 21 years of age; and
• a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution or research programme, with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.

By placing an order you confirm both statements are true and that you will use the products only as described in section 1. We may decline or cancel any order where we have reason to believe these conditions are not met, and we may ask for reasonable evidence of eligibility.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout; orders over $200 USD ship free within the United States.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we confirm that your payment has been received. Until then no stock is reserved for you.
• We may change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price or is out of stock when we come to fill your order, we will tell you and either cancel that line, offer a substitute, or refund any payment made for it. We are not obliged to supply at a mistaken price.
• Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown when they are issued and may be limited to one use per customer.

4. Payment

US checkout opens soon. The payment methods we accept, and their conditions, will be shown at checkout. We never store card or bank account numbers. See our Privacy Policy.

Your order ships after payment is confirmed. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled after a reasonable time, and you are welcome to re-order.

5. Shipping

• Orders ship from stock held in the United States by a tracked carrier. Shipping notices are sent by email.
• We ship within the United States only. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates; carriers can be delayed and we cannot control their networks.
• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we will contact you about re-shipping at your cost.
• You are responsible for compliance with any law that applies to receiving research chemicals at your address.

6. Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of research compounds, all sales are final and products cannot be returned once shipped. If something is wrong with your order (a missing or damaged item, or a product that does not match what you ordered), contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. 7. Prohibited uses

You must not:

• use, administer or supply our products for human or animal consumption or any use on the body;
• resell, repackage or relabel our products as anything other than research chemicals, or represent them as approved for any therapeutic use;
• misrepresent your age, identity or eligibility to buy;
• ship or export our products in breach of any law that applies to you;
• attempt to interfere with the operation or security of this website, or place fraudulent orders.

We may refuse service, cancel orders and refuse future orders from anyone who breaches these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Omnix Bioscience name, logo, product photographs, descriptions and the design of this site belong to Omnix Bioscience or are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them, other than to view the site and to keep a copy of your own order confirmation, without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Our products are supplied for research use only, and you are responsible for how they are handled and used once received. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• we make no warranty beyond that a product will match its description and the certificate of analysis for its batch;
• we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of a product contrary to section 1 or section 7;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost research time or lost profits; and
• our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

11. Governing law

These terms and every purchase are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE TO CONFIRM] and the federal laws of the United States that apply there. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
